Privacy Policy

Meeting Proxy collects your name, email, and calendar event data solely to operate the proxy agent during meetings. We do not sell, share, or store your data beyond your active session. OAuth tokens are stored encrypted and used only to read your calendar. You may revoke access at any time via your Google or Microsoft account settings.

Terms of Use

By using Meeting Proxy you agree that the AI agent acts on your behalf within the boundaries you configure. You remain responsible for all commitments made during meetings. This service is provided as-is.

Documentation

1. Install the app from Zoom Marketplace
2. Click the Meeting Proxy icon in the Zoom toolbar during a meeting
3. Connect your Google or Outlook calendar
4. Select a meeting, fill your goals, click Start proxy
5. Review and approve agent responses before they are sent to meeting chat
6. After the meeting, review the summary, action items, and draft email
